About Rosario Glezmir
Rosario's art reflects her soul, shaped by life changes that pushed her beyond her comfort zone. These experiences led her to explore both light and dark emotions, and much of her work focuses on resilience, empowerment, and valuing women. She also incorporates landscapes and flowers into her paintings, capturing the beauty and energy of nature.
Her Mexican heritage and love for diverse techniques inspire her use of color and materials to express her emotions and thoughts.
Rosario has showcased her work in international exhibitions in Mexico, France, and the USA. She was also invited by the Baja California Government to hold a solo exhibition at the Casa de la Cultura in Tijuana, Mexico.
Originally from Cuernavaca, Mexico,
Glezmir moved to Tijuana in 1990. After becoming a US citizen in 2005, she moved to San Diego, CA; since 2023 she calls Nambe, NM her new home, where she lives and works.
